- MENURUT subperaturan 3(8) Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Dadah dan Kosmetik [P.U. (A) 223/1984], pelantikan Dr. Rohaya binti Mohd Ali sebagai anggota silih ganti bagi Pihak Berkuasa kepada Dr. Akma binti Ngah Hamid bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2021 disiarkan dalam Warta. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dr. Rozanah Asmah binti Abd Samad sebagai anggota silih ganti bagi Pihak Berkuasa kepada Dr. Akma binti Ngah Hamid yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota dan Anggota Silih Ganti Pihak Berkuasa Kawalan Dadah [P.U. Preamble
- PURSUANT TO subregulation 3(8) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the appointment of Dr. Rohaya binti Mohd Ali as the alternate member of the Authority to Dr. Akma binti Ngah Hamid for a period of three years with effect from 1 August 2021 is published in the Gazette. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dr. Rozanah Asmah binti Abd Samad as the alternate member of the Authority to Dr. Akma binti Ngah Hamid published in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Member and Alternate Member of the Drug Control Authority [P.U. (B) 604/2019] on 21 November 2019 is revoked with effect from 1 June 2021. [NPRA.600-1/7/14; PN(PU2)269/IV]
