Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Azmi bin Lateh yang disiarkan dalam Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Dato’ Basaruddin bin Sadali as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 4 January 2016 to 3 January 2019. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Azmi bin Lateh as published in the Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of the Members of the Competition Commission [P.U.
