- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2017 hingga 30 Jun 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Datuk Dr. Rahamat Bivi Yusoff yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan [P.U. (B) 41/2015] pada 16 Februari 2015 sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Jun 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed the persons named in the Schedule as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Datuk Dr. Rahamat Bivi Yusoff as published in the notification of Appointment of Member of the Competition Commission [P.U. (B) 41/2015] on 16 February 2015 as a member of the Competition Commission is revoked with effect from 6 June 2017. P.U.
