- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2017 hingga 30 September 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Normazli binti Abdul Rahim yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan [P.U. (B) 133/2015] pada 30 Mac 2015 sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Julai 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed the persons named in the Schedule as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Normazli binti Abdul Rahim as published in the notification of Appointment of Member of the Competition Commission [P.U. (B) 133/2015] on 30 March 2015 as a member of the Competition Commission is revoked with effect from 31 July 2017. P.U.
