- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Dr. Madeline Berma sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan berkuat kuasa mulai 4 September 2019 hingga 3 September 2022. Pembatalan Pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Datin Seri Ruzaina Wan Haniff yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan [P.U. (B) 196/2017] pada 17 April 2017 sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2019. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Dr. Madeline Berma as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 4 September 2019 to 3 September 2022. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Datin Seri Ruzaina Wan Haniff as published in the notification of Appointment of Member of the Competition Commission [P.U. (B) 196/2017] on 17 April 2017 as a member of the Competition Commission is revoked with effect from 1 July 2019. [KPDNKK600-1/2/30; PN(PU2)705]
