- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(1) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Menteri telah melantik Tuan Haji Kamaruzaman bin Othman sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Jun 2022. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Tuan Haji Mahpar bin Atan sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 496/2021] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 8 Oktober 2021 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Jun 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed Tuan Haji Kamaruzaman bin Othman as the Director General of the Board with effect from 17 June 2022. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Tuan Haji Mahpar bin Atan as the Director General of the Board in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Director General of the Board [P.U. (B) 496/2021] published in the Gazette on 8 October 2021 is revoked with effect from 17 June 2022. [MPIC.KTK(S).500-3/4/3(5); PN(PU2)129/XI]
