- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 52 Enakmen Duti Harta Pesaka 1941, dan dibaca bersama subseksyen 46(2) Akta Kewangan 1992 [Akta 476], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Datin Subkiah binti Jamaludin sebagai Pemungut Duti Harta Pesaka bagi maksud menjalankan peruntukan Enakmen itu mulai 1 Jun 2014. Pembatalan 2. Pelantikan Cik Halijah binti Bulat sebagai Pemungut Duti Harta Pesaka sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pemungut Duti Harta Pesaka dan Penolong Pemungut Duti Harta Pesaka [P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Estate Duty Enactment 1941, and read together with subsection 46(2) of the Finance Act 1992 [Act 476], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Datin Subkiah binti Jamaludin to be the Collector of Estate Duty for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Enactment with effect from 1 June 2014. Revocation 2. The appointment of Cik Halijah binti Bulat as the Collector of Estate Duty as published in Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Collector of Estate Duty and Assistant of Collector of Estate Duty [P.U.
