- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 [Act 710], the Minister appoints Suhara binti Husni as the Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies with effect from 16 March 2016. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dr. Sharifah Adlina binti Syed Abdullah as the Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies as published in P.U. (B) 27/2015 on 28 January 2015 is revoked with effect from 16 March 2016.
