- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(4) Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Yang Arif Dato’ Zaleha binti Yusof menjadi Pengerusi dan Yang Arif Datuk Hasnah binti Dato’ Mohammed Hashim menjadi Timbalan Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan bagi tempoh tiga tahun mulai 1 Mac 2013. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Yang Arif Dato’ Zaleha binti Yusof to be the Chairman and Yang Arif Datuk Hasnah binti Dato’ Mohammed Hashim to be the Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board for a period of three years with effect from 1 March 2013. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Yang Arif Dato’ Haji Mohamed Apandi bin Ali as Chairman of Appeal Board and Yang Arif Dato’ Aziah binti Ali as Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board as published in P.U.
