- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44], Menteri telah melantik Zali bin Ibrahim sebagai Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2014. Pembatalan 2. Pelantikan Zakaria bin Ahmad sebagai Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 48/2014 bertarikh 10 Februari 2014 dibatalkan mulai 1 Mac 2014. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44], the Minister has appointed Zali bin Ibrahim as Assistant Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations with effect from 1 March 2014. Revocation 2. The appointment of Zakaria bin Ahmad as the Assistant Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations as published in P.U. (B) 48/2014 dated 10 February 2014 is revoked with effect from 1 March 2014.
