Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44], Menteri telah melantik Othman bin Abdul Latiff sebagai Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2011. Pembatalan 2. Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama sebagai Penolong Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 380/2007 bertarikh 9 Oktober 2007 dibatalkan mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan bersetentangan dengan nama mereka masing-masing dalam ruang (2). Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44], the Minister has appointed Othman bin Abdul Latiff as Assistant Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations with effect from 1 January 2011. Revocation 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the First Schedule as the Assistant Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations as published in P.U. (B) 380/2007 dated 9 October 2007 is revoked with effect from the dates specified against their respective names in column (2). P.U. (B) 486 3
