Pembatalan Pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Abd Halim bin Ain sebagai Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 143/2009 pada 23 April 2009 dibatalkan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Azemi bin Kasim as the Federal Lands Commisssioner with effect from 19 October 2010. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Abd Halim bin Ain as the Federal Lands Commisssioner published in P.U. (B) 143/2009 on 23 April 2009 is revoked.
