- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Yang di-Pertuan Agong telah melantik Dato’ Ahmad Zaharin bin Mohd Saad sebagai Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan berkuat kuasa mulai 7 Januari 2019. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato’ Sri Dr. Sallehuddin bin Ishak sebagai Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 11/2016 pada 14 Januari 2016 dibatalkan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Dato’ Ahmad Zaharin bin Mohd Saad as the Federal Lands Commissioner with effect from 7 January 2019. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Sri Dr. Sallehuddin bin Ishak as the Federal Lands Commissioner published in P.U. (B) 11/2016 on 14 January 2016 is revoked.
