- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Warisan Kebangsaan 2005 [Akta 645], Menteri telah melantik Mohd Azmi bin Mohd Yusof sebagai Pesuruhjaya Warisan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2021 hingga 31 Disember 2021. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Mesran bin Mohd Yusop sebagai Pesuruhjaya Warisan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Warisan [P.U. (B) 438/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 12 September 2019 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Januari 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister has appointed Mohd Azmi bin Mohd Yusof as the Commissioner of Heritage with effect from 1 February 2021 to 31 December 2021. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mesran bin Mohd Yusop as the Commissioner of Heritage in the notification of Appointment of Commissioner of Heritage [P.U. (B) 438/2019] published in the Gazette on 12 September 2019 is revoked with effect from 31 January 2021. [JWN.PUU.100-1/1/2; PN(PU2)652/XVII]
