- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Lembaga, dengan keizinan Menteri, telah melantik Mahpar bin Atan sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2020. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Mohd Kheiruddin bin Mohd Rani sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga sebagaimana yang dimaklumkan dalam Pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [Pemberitahuan Warta No. 12716/2019] yang disiarkan pada 24 Julai 2019 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 September 2019. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(2) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Board, with the consent of the Minister, has appointed Mahpar bin Atan as the Deputy Director General of the Boar with effect from 1 July 2020. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mohd Kheiruddin bin Mohd Rani as the Deputy Director General of the Board as notified in the Notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Deputy Director General of the Board [Gazette Notification No. 12716/2019] published on 24 July 2019 is revoked with effect from 1 September 2019.
