- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] dibaca bersama Jadual Kelima kepada Akta, Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017] dan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], Menteri telah melantik Mohd Zaki bin Mat Noor sebagai Timbalan Pengarah Perhutanan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2022 selama tempoh dia berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Perhutanan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Jabatan Perhutanan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dan Jabatan Perhutanan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Mariatul Qiptiyah binti Md Sah sebagai Timbalan Pengarah Perhutanan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 107/2018 pada 28 Februari 2018 dan P.U. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 3(1) of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] read together with the Fifth Schedule to the Act, Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017] and Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], the Minister has appointed Mohd Zaki bin Mat Noor as the Deputy Director of Forestry for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and the Federal Territory of Labuan with effect from 1 January 2022 for the period he serves with the Forestry Department of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the Forestry Department of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and the Forestry Department of the Federal Territory of Labuan. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mariatul Qiptiyah binti Md Sah as the Deputy Director of Forestry published in P.U. (B) 107/2018 on 28 February 2018 and P.U.
