- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, dengan kelulusan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, melantik pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai pegawai pengurus dan pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (3) sebagai penolong pegawai pengurus bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri yang disebut dalam ruang (1), bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil N. 01 Kuala Besut dalam Negeri Terengganu. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the returning officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant returning officers for the State Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of by-election of N. 01 Kuala Besut in the State of Terengganu.
