- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya, dengan persetujuan Yang di-Pertuan Agong, melantik pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai pegawai pengurus dan pegawai yang disebut dalam ruang (3) sebagai penolong pegawai pengurus bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen yang disebut dalam ruang (1), bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil P. 067 Kuala Kangsar dalam Negeri Perak berkuat kuasa mulai 13 Mei 2016. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the returning officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant returning officers for the Parliamentary Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of P. 067 Kuala Kangsar in the State of Perak with effect from 13 May 2016.
