IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19], the Election Commission, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to be the returning officer and the officers mentioned in column (3) to be the assistant returning officers for the State Constituency mentioned in column (1), for the purpose of the by-election of N. 03 Tanjong Datu in the State of Sarawak with effect from 19 January 2017.
