- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(5) Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Menteri melantik panel orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai orang yang boleh diminta untuk berkhidmat sebagai ahli Lembaga Rayuan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2020 hingga 31 Januari 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(5) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Minister appoints the panel of persons named in the Schedule as the persons who may be called upon to serve as members of the Appeal Board with effect from 1 February 2020 to 31 January 2023.
