- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Integriti Agensi Penguatkuasaan 2009 [Akta 700], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Perdana Menteri, telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk memegang jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) bagi tempoh tiga tahun mulai dari tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009 [Act 700], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule to hold the posts as specified in column (2) for a period of three years with effect from the date specified in column (3).
