- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 43 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Abdul Shukor bin Abd Hamid sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2021. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Abdul Shukor bin Abd Hamid as a Judge of the Syariah High Court with effect from 1 January 2021.
