- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 41 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Mohd Asri bin Haji Tahir sebagai Ketua Hakim Syarie berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Februari 2020. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Mohd Asri bin Haji Tahir as the Chief Syariah Judge with effect from 6 February 2020.
