- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Akta Taman Asuhan Kanak-Kanak 1984 [Akta 308], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta selama tempoh orang itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Mac 2015.
