- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 12 Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 [Akta 506], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai diberi kuasa bagi maksud Akta selama tempoh orang itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Malaysia berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Care Centres Act 1993 [Act 506], the Minister appoints the persons named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the purposes of the Act for the period the persons serve with the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia with effect from 1 November 2017.
