- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 [Akta 757] dibaca bersama subseksyen 1(8), Menteri yang bertanggungjawab bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya melantik pegawai Bahagian Pesuruhjaya Bangunan Kuala Lumpur, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai lain bagi maksud mentadbirkan dan menjalankan peruntukan Akta bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2020 dan selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Bahagian Pesuruhjaya Bangunan Kuala Lumpur, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] read together with subsection 1(8), the Minister responsible for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Labuan and Federal Territory of Putrajaya appoints officers of Kuala Lumpur Commissioner of Building Division, Kuala Lumpur City Hall named in the Schedule as other officers for the purposes of administering and carrying out the provisions of the Act for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur with effect from 1 July 2020 and for the period the officers serve with the Kuala Lumpur Commissioner of Building Division, Kuala Lumpur City Hall.
