- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 16 Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Menteri melantik pegawai Jabatan Pertanian yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pegawai Pelesenan Racun Makhluk Perosak bagi seluruh Malaysia selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Pertanian berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Januari 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister appoints the officers of the Department of Agriculture named in the Schedule as the Pesticides Licensing Officers for the whole of Malaysia for the period the officers serve with the Department of Agriculture with effect from 31 January 2017.
