- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 43(1) Akta Antipemerdagangan Orang dan Antipenyeludupan Migran 2007 [Akta 670], Menteri selepas berunding dengan Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi pembangunan wanita, keluarga dan masyarakat, melantik pegawai awam yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pegawai Pelindung bagi maksud Akta. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 43(1) of the Anti-Trafficking In Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 [Act 670], the Minister after consultation with the Minister charged with the responsibility for women, family and community development, appoints the public officers named in the Schedule as Protection Officers for the purposes of the Act.
