- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 8(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pelindung bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh Pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 28 Januari 2019.
