PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Pendaftaran Kelahiran dan Kematian (Peruntukan-Peruntukan Khas) 1975 [Akta 152], Pendaftar Besar telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang pejabatnya adalah di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) menjadi Pendaftar Kelahiran dan Kematian bagi tempoh mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1975

APPOINTMENT OF REGISTRARS OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Registration of Births and Deaths

(Special Provisions) Act 1975 [Act 152], the Registrar General has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule whose offices are at the places specified in column (2) as Registrars of the Births and Deaths for the period from the dates as specified in column (3).
