IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] read together with the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017] and the Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], the Minister has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule to hold the posts specified in column (2) for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and Federal Territory of Labuan with effect from the dates specified in column (3) and for the period they serve after such date with the Forestry Department of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya and the Forestry Department of the Federal Territory of Labuan.
