- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 17(2) Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 [Akta 588], Menteri melantik Yang Arif Tuan Mohd Nazlan bin Mohd Ghazali sebagai Pengerusi Tribunal Rayuan Komunikasi dan Multimedia dan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai anggota Tribunal Rayuan Komunikasi dan Multimedia bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 15 April 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 17(2) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 [Act 588], the Minister appoints Yang Arif Tuan Mohd Nazlan bin Mohd Ghazali as the Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal and the persons named in the Schedule as members of the Communications and Multimedia Appeal Tribunal for a period of three years with effect from 15 April 2021.
