- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 85 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 [Akta 709], Menteri melantik Rosmawati binti Hussin sebagai Pengerusi Tribunal Rayuan Perlindungan Data Peribadi dan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai anggota Tribunal Rayuan Perlindungan Data Peribadi bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 15 April 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister appoints Rosmawati binti Hussin as the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Appeal Tribunal and the persons named in the Schedule as members of the Personal Data Protection Appeal Tribunal for a period of three years with effect from 15 April 2021.
