- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Datuk Haji Aslam bin Zainuddin to be the Chairman and Puan Hasbi binti Hasan to be the Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board for the period from 1 June 2019 to 31 May 2021.
