- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Zamri bin Bakar to be the Chairman and Hasbi binti Hasan to be the Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board for the period from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2024.
