PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] dibaca bersama Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017] dan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk memegang jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dan Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) dan selama tempoh mereka berkhidmat selepas tarikh itu dengan Jabatan Perhutanan Wilayah Persekutuan. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the National Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] read together with the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 450/2017] and the Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], the Minister has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule to hold the posts specified in column

Territory of

Kuala

Lumpur,

Federal Territory of Putrajaya and Federal Territory of Labuan with effect from the dates specified in column (3) and for the period they serve after such date with the

Forestry Department of the Federal Territories.
