- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 376(3) Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], Pendakwa Raya Malaysia telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual menjadi Timbalan Pendakwa Raya berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).
