- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 21(1)(a) Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong telah melantik Eddie Yeo Soon Chye sebagai Yang Dipertua Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 4 September 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Eddie Yeo Soon Chye as the President of the Industrial Court with effect from 4 September 2017. [KSM/PUU/(S)/600-1/6/1/18; PN(PU2)198/XV]
