- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 31 Akta Insurans 1996 [Akta 553], Menteri telah, melalui notis bertulis bertarikh 23 Jun 2011, membatalkan lesen Tahan Insurance Malaysia Berhad untuk menjalankan perniagaan insurans am mulai 7 Julai 2011. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Insurance Act 1996 [Act 553], the Minister had, by a written notice dated 23 June 2011, revoked the licence of Tahan Insurance Malaysia Berhad to carry on general insurance business with effect from 7 July 2011.
