- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 31(5) Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membatalkan pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai ahli Lembaga Pelesenan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U.
