- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 376(3A) Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], Pendakwa Raya Malaysia membatalkan pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Penolong Pendakwa Raya sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 376(3A) of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], the Public Prosecutor of Malaysia has revoked the appointment of the persons named in the Schedule as Assistant Public Prosecutors as published in P.U.
