- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 51A Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155], Ketua Pengarah Imigresen membatalkan penetapan bilik tahanan Unit Penguat Kuasa, Pejabat Imigresen Sungai Petani, Kedah sebagai Depot Imigresen yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 505/2001 on 18 October 2001 with effect from 30 June 2016.
