- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri membatalkan penetapan lokap di balai polis yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tempat pengurungan melalui L.N. 70/1960 yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 31 Mac 1960. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister revokes the appointment of lock-up at the police station specified in the Schedule as a place of confinement by L.N. 70/1960 published in the Gazette on 31 March 1960.
