BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 2311/1923 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor pada 20 April 1923, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Residen Selangor dengan perkenan Raja dalam Mesyuarat oleh seksyen 8(i) Enakmen Perlindungan Binatang dan Burung Liar 1921 [No. 18/1921], telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah dianggarkan seluas 996 ekar dan ditandakan di atas pelan No. Sheet A dan C 86 menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud pemeliharaan haiwan dan burung yang hendaklah disenggarakan oleh Residen Selangor: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. BAHAWASANYA, notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual berserta dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pentadbir Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut peruntukan seksyen 433 Kanun Tanah Negara dan juga telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan sebagai P.U. (B) 50/2013 pada 8 Februari 2013: P.U. (B) 431 3 DAN BAHAWASANYA, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan yang diwakilkan kepadanya sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu, membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 2311/1923 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 20 April 1923, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Resident of Selangor with the consent of the Ruler in Council by section 8(i) of the Wild Animals and Birds

Protection Enactment 1921 [No. 18/1921], had proclaimed that the parcel of land having an area of 996 acres approximately delineated upon plan No. Sheet A and C 86 to be a reserve for the purpose of a preservation of animals and birds to be maintained by the

Resident of Selangor:

AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 108/2003 published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation on 3 March 2003, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] to the

Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:

AND WHEREAS, notice of proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with provisions of section 433 of the National Land Code and was also published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation as P.U. (B) 50/2013 on 8 February 2013:

AND WHEREAS, no objection to the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule was received:

NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under section 64 of the National Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it as aforesaid, revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
