BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 212/1970 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor pada 9 April 1970, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] dan diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja dalam Majlis, sebagaimana dalam Pemberitahuan Undangan Negeri Selangor No. 14 pada 24 Mac 1966, Menteri Besar Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang terletak di Bandar Kuala Lumpur, yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas pelan ukur hasil No. C.P. 25,490 yang disimpan di pejabat Ketua Juruukur Selangor, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud kawasan lapang dan dikawal oleh Pesuruhjaya, Ibu Kota Kuala Lumpur: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (B) 108/2003 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 3 Mac 2003, Kerajaan Persekutuan telah mewakilkan penjalanan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur: DAN BAHAWASANYA, adalah didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan: DAN

BAHAWASANYA, notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual berserta dengan butir-butir mengenai masa dan tempat di mana suatu siasatan akan diadakan oleh Pentadbir Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, untuk mendengar mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu telah ditampalkan mengikut peruntukan seksyen 433 Kanun Tanah Negara dan juga telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan sebagai P.U. (B) 536/2014 pada 3 Disember 2014: P.U. (B) 164 3 DAN BAHAWASANYA, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan yang diwakilkan kepadanya sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu, membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual:

NATIONAL LAND CODE

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 212/1970 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 9 April 1970, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the National Land

Code [Act 56/1965] and delegated to him by His Highness the Ruler in Council vide Sl.

P.U. 14 on 24 March 1966, the Menteri Besar of Selangor has proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the Town of Kuala Lumpur, described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan C.P. No. 25,490 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor

Selangor to be a reserve for the purpose of open space and controlled by the

Commissioner, Federal Capital Kuala Lumpur:

AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 108/2003 published in the Gazette of the

Government of the Federation on 3 March 2003, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land Code to the

Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:

AND WHEREAS, notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule together with details of the time and place at which an enquiry would be held by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, to hear any person desiring to object to such revocation was affixed in accordance with provisions of section 433 of the National Land Code and was also published in the Gazette of the Government of the Federation as P.U. (B) 536/2014 on 3 December 2014:

AND WHEREAS, no objection to the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule was received:

NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under section 64 of the National Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it as aforesaid, revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule:
