FOR THE SEAT OF THE DEWAN RAKYAT P.176 KIMANIS

IN THE STATE OF SABAH

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e) of the Elections (Postal Voting)

Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of by-election for the seat of the

Dewan Rakyat P.176 Kimanis in the State of Sabah.

Citizens of Malaysia residing abroad excluding citizens of Malaysia residing in Singapore, the southern provinces of

Thailand, Brunei and Kalimantan and a person referred to in paragraph (c),
