NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF BY-ELECTION

FOR THE SEAT OF THE STATE ASSEMBLY N.27 RANTAU

IN THE STATE OF NEGERI SEMBILAN

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of by-election for the seat of the State Assembly N.27 Rantau in the State of Negeri Sembilan.

Kalimantan and a person referred to in paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f) in the definition of
