NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF BY-ELECTION

FOR THE SEAT OF THE STATE ASSEMBLY N.32 SERI SETIA

IN THE STATE OF SELANGOR

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of by-election for the seat of the State Assembly N.32 Seri Setia in the State of Selangor.

Citizens of Malaysia residing abroad excluding citizens of Malaysia residing in

Singapore, the southern provinces of

Thailand, Brunei and Kalimantan and a person referred to in paragraphs (c), (d),

“absent voter” in regulation 2 of the

Elections (Registration of Electors) 2002

Any citizen of Malaysia residing abroad who has been in Malaysia, or returns to

Malaysia, for a period of not less than thirty days within five years before 3 August 2018 which is the date of vacancy established by the Election

Commission for the seat of the

State Assembly N.32 Seri Setia in the
