  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(1)(e) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang merupakan anggota bagi kategori orang yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) sebagai pengundi pos bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri N.66 Bugaya dalam Negeri Sabah.

NOTIFICATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 3(1)(e) FOR THE PURPOSE OF

BY-ELECTION FOR THE SEAT OF THE STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY N.66 BUGAYA

IN THE STATE OF SABAH

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(1)(e)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission designates the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule being members of the category of persons described in column (2) as postal voters for the purpose of a by-election for the seat of the State Legislative Assembly N.66 Bugaya in the State of Sabah.
