PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Akta Penagih Dadah (Rawatan dan Pemulihan) 1983 [Akta 283], Menteri menubuhkan tempat yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotik bagi kediaman, rawatan dan pemulihan penagih dadah yang diperintahkan atau diterima masuk untuk tinggal di dalamnya di bawah Akta ini.

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 10

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Drug Dependants

(Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act 1983 [Act 283], the Minister establishes the places described in the Schedule to be a Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Centre for the residence, treatment and rehabilitation of drug dependants ordered or admitted to reside therein under this Act.
